About the Project

Located in an undisclosed region of Egypt, this unique theme park and mixed use development has everything one could desire in an entertainment destination. Guests would experience everything from high end retail stores, restaurants and nightclubs, cultural and educational attractions, a lagoon with nighttime spectaculars, a refreshing water park and boat harbor, and much more. We were involved with the early concept development and master planning of this 200-hectare property.
